ForeFlight Logbook Analyzer
Are you airline ready? Upload your ForeFlight or MyFlightbook logbook and get one report: where you've flown, how close you are to every kind of pilot job, your hours and currency, progress toward ratings, the numbers insurance forms ask for, what an interviewer would ask about your logbook and what to do next. Free, no sign-in, and your logbook isn't kept.
In GoFBO, your experience keeps itself up to date.
Every flight you log in GoFBO adds to your hours, insurance pilot requirements and Part 135 minimums are checked on every trip, and your flight review map shows your whole logbook with your company's flights.
Terms of use and disclaimer
Last updated October 13, 2026. Using the ForeFlight Logbook Analyzer means you agree to these terms.
This software ("the Software") is provided free of charge by Idaho Aviators, LLC ("Idaho Aviators"), and is offered through GoFBO. By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. Free, as is, no warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Idaho Aviators does not promise that the Software will work with your equipment, your accounts, or any future version of any website or database.
2. Estimates; check your own logbook
The Software only adds up the entries in the file you upload and compares them with commonly published minimums and typical hiring ranges for kinds of pilot jobs, and with your own answers. It counts hours and flights only: training, endorsements, solo and checkride requirements and the other conditions of each rule are not checked. Its percentages are estimates, not the odds of being hired, and currency and insurance figures may not match how a regulator, examiner, insurer or employer counts them. It does not check that your logbook is complete or correct. You are solely responsible for meeting every requirement before acting as pilot in command or applying for a job, certificate, rating or policy. Do not rely on the Software for any decision affecting the safety of flight.
3. Your logbook file and answers
Your file and answers are sent to GoFBO's server to be read and are not kept: they are read to build your report (and again when you change a filter or an answer or download the PDF) and then thrown away. Your answers are also kept in this browser so you don't have to type them again. Names, emails and remarks in the file are not read into the report. Only an anonymous count of how often the tool is used is recorded.
4. The logbook check and the map
The logbook check lists entries that look inconsistent and questions an interviewer may ask. It can't tell a real mistake from an unusual flight; a listed item isn't necessarily wrong. The map draws lines between the airports in your logbook using GoFBO's airport list; airports it doesn't know are left off.
5. No affiliation
The Software is an independent tool. It is not made by, approved by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with ForeFlight, The Boeing Company, the FAA, any airline or employer, or any other company whose name appears in it. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the Software works with.
6. Limitation of liability and release
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Idaho Aviators, LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all claims, and Idaho Aviators will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of use, loss of profit, damage to equipment or aircraft, injury, or death, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Software, even if Idaho Aviators was told such damage was possible. If the law does not allow a complete exclusion, Idaho Aviators' total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software, which is zero.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Idaho Aviators from claims brought by anyone else that come from your use of the Software or your breach of these terms.
8. Ownership and use

You may not sell it, or change it and present it as the work of Idaho Aviators or GoFBO. Third-party components included in the Software remain under their own licenses.
9. No support, changes, and ending
Idaho Aviators has no duty to provide support, updates, or fixes, and may change or withdraw the Software or these terms at any time. You may stop using the Software at any time.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and the courts located in Idaho are the place for any dispute, except where the law of your location requires otherwise. If any part of these terms is not enforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the whole agreement about the Software.
